3D modeling of the hydrogeological object
On the basis of the information performed by the client boundaries of the selected area and the quantity of considered aquifers are chosen. In order to obtain correct simulation results the boundaries of the area are chosen in such a way that the groundwater level or flow rate is known. In order to ensure this requirement it is recommended to choose the modeling area boundaries along rivers, lakes and waterfront lines.
Further, on the basis of elevation level maps and hydrogeological boreholes data with the rock lithologic description, a 3D model of the hydrogeological object is made.
On a client’s request on the basis of well-known groundwater levels, infiltration values and seepage parameters of the object hydrogeological model can be refined by calibrating the groundwater model.
